Woodland Wellbeing for Families is a gentle, nature-based series of seven monthly sessions, designed to support families to slow down, connect with the natural world, and build meaningful relationships with one another.
This programme represents a progression of our Woodlandwise wellbeing offer, made possible thanks to additional funding from Third Sector Interface and developed directly in response to participant feedback and growing demand for ongoing, family-centred support in nature.
