A series of wellbeing sessions designed for women- come as you are and take what you need. No experience required and all resources provided free.

As Woodlandwise, we hope to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space for women in our local woodlands. It’s a place to escape the stress of everyday life, feel less isolated, and boost your confidence by learning new skills and reconnecting with nature.

It is a lovely atmosphere in the outdoors. A warm welcome awaits you from Helen and Lynn the organisers. We create new crafts and learn new skills. I always leave with calm and feel a whole lot better. It is my weekly endorphins fix.

Woodlandwise women’s wellbeing groups are amazing. Come rain or shine we have shared time and space to be ourselves, enjoy the fresh air and the outdoors. Great activities if you wish, delicious soup/food and lovely people. Lynne and Helen provide a welcoming and understanding space that has made me want to come back every week. The whole experience has enriched my life, thank you both so much.
